Farmer's Market cherry tomatoes, halved; a shower of garden basil; a sprinkle of sea salt and a good grind of pepper and a pour of olive oil. Let it sit on the counter while you grill the steak. Perfect.
I found heirloom cherry tomatoes at my store. They are beautiful colors and taste so sweet. I dress them similarly to yours, but I also add cucumber. Sometimes as meal rather than a side, I add a little feta, too...Delish!!!
Just add fresh (not low-moisture) mozzarella (bufalo, if you can get it)and you've got Caprese salad. Toss in cooked linguine, with another healthy swig of olive oil, and you've got a meal.
