LinderhofA perfect Summer Dish
Farmer's Market cherry tomatoes, halved; a shower of garden basil; a sprinkle of sea salt and a good grind of pepper and a pour of olive oil. Let it sit on the counter while you grill the steak. Perfect.

GraciepjI found heirloom cherry tomatoes at my store. They are beautiful colors and taste so sweet. I dress them similarly to yours, but I also add cucumber. Sometimes as meal rather than a side, I add a little feta, too...Delish!!!

aychihuahuaJust add fresh (not low-moisture) mozzarella (bufalo, if you can get it)and you've got Caprese salad. Toss in cooked linguine, with another healthy swig of olive oil, and you've got a meal.
That's what we eat all summer long.

LinderhofYesterday's lunch was the leftovers of the salad (with the addition of another tomato!) and pasta and Parm -- wonderful! Easy quick and healthy!
