DH peeled while I quartered and cored. We filled up the dehydrator and had a bowl filled. I made another double batch of pear cakes.

Then I took the remainder and sliced them...added a few other ingredients...

Great topping for a slice of warm from the oven pear cake! Can you imagine what it would do to a scoop of Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream?!
