The Farmer's Market is booming and there is cauliflower and broccoli galore and DH and I simply adore broccoli/cauliflower salads.

Tonight for dinner (resting now in the fridge) I made a broccoli/cauliflower salad with sliced green onions and a dressing of mayonnaise and a bit of pesto thinned with some cream and poured over the vegetables.

I tasted one and it was a tasty salad!

Yum! I much prefer cauliflower and broccoli raw, especially in the summer.

It was really yummy! I'll be snacking on it for the next several days.
