I had recommended culinaryteas.com here last year as a great place to get fresh, loose tea in a nice selection of flavors. However, I recently learned from someone to whom I had sent a gift of their tea bags, that the product was tasteless. When she opened one of the bags, she found tea dust instead of tea leaves. I sent an Email to the site to tell them of my disappointment and they responded with "oh, sorry, must have been a bad batch." Seriously? So, I rescind my recommendation and apologize to any of you who purchased tea from them and didn't get a good product.
