Can't think of too many things that bacon wouldn't enhance!?!

I've made DE's with dried beef added. I use food processor to make sure yolks are smooth. Add generous amount of mustartd (like spicy brow or dijon)... just enough for them to start coming together. Big spoonful of sweet pickle relish & big glug of hot sauce. Don't like yolks really mushy, so will add a bit of mayo, as needed. I put the yolk mix into a zip bag, snip off corner and squeeze into white. SIL makes hers with some wasabi... not HOT but definitely zippy.

yolks In addition to the mustard and a bit of mayonnaise, I add a shake or two of dried onion flakes (they aren't as strong as fresh onion), minced pimento stuffed olives. I use the brine off the olives in place of vinegar. A dash or two of tabasco. Salt, pepper, dash of celery seed. Then top the stuffed eggs with a sprinkle of paprika.
