I taught a class on cooking with herbs at the kitchen store in our little town. The food I demonstrated -- Salad plate -- pasta salad 3 ways (one plain, one dill and one fennel) strawberries with a rosemary/tarragon syrup broccoli cauliflower salad with a pesto mayonnaise dressing ![]() | |||

For dessert -- cherry cheesecakes (those ones from the 80's with the vanilla wafer in the bottom) but with lavender added to the cheesecake batter, topped with cherries and a candied lavender flower for decoration. ![]() | ||||

It all looks good! I made those bite-size cheesecakes years ago too. I found a graham cereal that fit perfectly in the bottom of the mini pans. I was disappointed when they stopped making that cereal. Oh, these are regular muffin size -- not teeny -- the mini comes from being smaller than a regular cheesecake. Martha | ||||
