LinderhofCooking With Herbs
I taught a class on cooking with herbs at the kitchen store in our little town.
The food I demonstrated --
Salad plate --
pasta salad 3 ways (one plain, one dill and one fennel)
strawberries with a rosemary/tarragon syrup
broccoli cauliflower salad with a pesto mayonnaise dressing

LinderhofFor dessert -- cherry cheesecakes (those ones from the 80's with the vanilla wafer in the bottom) but with lavender added to the cheesecake batter, topped with cherries and a candied lavender flower for decoration.

KeepYouInStitchesIt all looks good!
I made those bite-size cheesecakes years ago too. I found a graham cereal that fit perfectly in the bottom of the mini pans. I was disappointed when they stopped making that cereal.

LinderhofOh, these are regular muffin size -- not teeny -- the mini comes from being smaller than a regular cheesecake.

zone9aladyEverything looks so tasty! I'm a big fan of herbs myself. Spearmint, Chives, Parsley, Basil. They are so easy to grow down here, they last year around outside.
