I made an Apricot Pie on Sunday but we didn't eat it. I sure would like to serve it to my Mexican Train group on Thursday, but I don't know the best way (if there is one) to do this.

Should I stick the pie in the freezer and thaw it Thursday morning or should I just leave it in the fridge and hope it's still good by Thursday?

Whatever I do, I thought maybe I should warm it in the oven before serving and top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. What would you do?

I would be inclined to freeze it until Thurs morning and then warm as you seem inclined to do.

Sounds yummy with the ice cream!

I'd freeze as well -- the crust would get really soggy in the fridge.

It's a game played with a set of Double Twelve Dominoes. It's addictive! If you want to know more, I'm sure you can google it.
