My husband hates to eat leftovers and I just have not learned how to take one meat and make 3 different things out of it. I will start really pulling from the freezer next week and want to make meals a little different. Just one little thing can make a meal completely different. Last night I added onion rings to a frozen meal of meat loaf and mashed potato and it worked. Tomorrow I will make pretzels with honey mustard as an appetizer. Anyone have any thoughts of things I can make that will be a little different to add to a routine meal.

Leftover chicken or pork are good in salads, esp with fresh strawberries or other fruit added.

Casseroles, lasagna, enchiladas, burritos, & pot pies are foods that I make enough to freeze. That way we have something the family thinks it's "new" whether it is or not. Wink Saves time and money on the heating used to cook.

Would that work for you?
