Making Enchiladas and Chicken Enchilads for a big group for tomorrow night. Can I put them together tonight and refridgerate and cook tomorrow? I'm worried the tortillias might get soggy. Any input is appreciated.

You can put them together and refrigerate, but keep the sauce separate. Add the sauce right before you bake.
