CJO - We've (DH) made our own pasta for many years. We've owned several machines, but the best and clear favorite is the one we have now which is made in Italy by Luna. It has several features that we like - it's simple to operate, it's heavy (stays still when clamped to the table), and it's been durable (lasted us the longest.) We've used it most frequently for noodles, but also for sleets for ravioli.

This is making me hungry for fresh pasta!
