Does anyone have this to share? I misplaced my copy and not having any luck finding it online. Almost out and need to keep it stocked. Thanks for the help.

Here is the recipe FFG has the link to:

Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast):
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme


Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.

Yield: about 2/3 cup

Yes, this looks like what I remember. I made it up a couple of years ago and started looking for the recipe this week. I knew where it was -- I thought. Thanks so much. Now I can get a new batch made up for fall cooking. Yum!
