Yesterday I made 4 different flavors of biscotti to use for gift giving. The crumbs sure tasted great.
Cranberry-Pistachio, Apricot-Almond, Dried Cherry-Hazelnut, Gingerbread.
The house smells wonderful.

I made Lurah's first flavor this week for gifts. Turned out wonderful. Next, Kahlua.

Great Idea the Biscotti, we are hosting New Years eve this year (6 couples) I am doing the dinner, and was thinking as a party favor I would do a couple of tea biscuits and a small jar of jam or jelly for each person. Good for morning after, but I might now think of doing biscotti. I would do only two kinds and give one to guys and other to women. Should have been on the ball and done jams etc. in summer.
Merry Christmas
