That's so cute! May not even wait for 4th of July. I always made Rice Krispie treats for the kids to take to school for the class to enjoy, I love them too!

SR - it's good to hear your school still allows "homemade" goodies. So many schools have changed to package treats only. Yuk! Frown

It was at a good time when homemade treats sans preservatives, chemicals and other artificial ingredients was "allowed" AND appreciated! Our kids are all grown now, but I still love those Rice Krispie treats!! I'd make these Fourth of July treats any day of the year... Yay USA!!
