I think those are square tortillas...

I just found this picture wo the ingredient list. Doesn't it look yummy?
Any ideas how to make it? Or how to eat it? Smile

Have you seen the square tortillas in the stores? I'm gonna check next time I'm there.

That does look yummy, but what a mess to eat.
One fork to a corner and things are going to go flying!
If nothing else, take round soft flat tortillas and cut it into square. Use the scraps for one of those casseroles that call for torn or cut up tortillas.

I would imagine the extra bit to make them square commercially is going to cost you more. Just buy the round tortillas, and cut them as Lurah suggests. If you were a quilter, you'd have plenty of rulers! LOL A ruler and a pizza cutter and you've got square tortillas.

I did a search for
stacked tortilla recipe
and quite a few popped up.

And yes, it does look like a mess doesn't it! Two layers would be plenty and with a bit more cheese to stick it together.

Those could be toasted or fried wanton wrappers. I suspect the safest way to eat this stack is to treat it as finger food starting at the top and working your way down. Does look yummy. I can see a dollop of sour cream or ranch dressing on the side Smile
