I just wanted to tell all of you about a great quick fix veggie that I purchased. I know a lot of poeple hate froz Veg. but sometimes in a pinch, I pull them out of the freezer.They are called (Birds Eye) Steam Fresh roasted potato and green beans in light sauce. The sauce was made with olive oil and not too strong. I cooked them in micro for 5 min.I had made pan fried chicken with it so I made a small gravy from those drippings for chicken and added some to veggies. Those veggies were great and I am a fussy veggie eater. I was too tired after working in the yard to deal with more then that.

Sounds good, thanks for sharing. About the only frozen veggie I don't like is green beans.
