Does anyone live near this Houston restaurant? If you do and go to have a nice meal there, would you tell Michael Garcia a BIG thank you for me?

I won't repeat my stories I've shared before, but how else are any children supposed to learn restaurant behavior without some experience at dining out.

Too bad for the complaining man's family, that's not modeling good behavior to his kids and he made a nationwide spectacle of himself!
Unfortunately he gets off being unidentified.
