Or it could be a great Christmas gift as well. I bought two matching egg coddlers. I took a stick of butter, whipped it, added a bit of Maldon's sea salt and some chopped fresh rosemary from the garden. I took another stick of butter, whipped it, added a bit of the sea salt and some fresh thyme from the garden. I packed the butters into the coddlers. Added a spring of the herb on top and then put on the lids. It made a great gift and I thought a clever presentation . . . for the coddlers could be used in the kitchen. Martha ![]() | |||
