I'd bring my Plan B Salad -- broccoli, cherry tomatoes cut in half with an Italian dressing poured over.

or

I'd bring a corn salad -- frozen corn, red peppers, green peppers, green onions and an oil and vinegar dressing.

It's so thoughtful of you to want to bring something with everyone's dietary restrictions in mind.
However, I feel it is their responsibility to referee their own diet. Short of taking a vegan dish there isn't a lot to offer everyone with all those restrictions.
Obviously the folks with dietary concerns will bring a dish they can eat.

Here's my story for the day:
Year's ago I worked one night a week at a retirement center.
The pm nurse warned me that the blood sugars would probably give me fits in the morning.
It had been the annual family picnic that evening for supper. I asked her why to worry because certainly the kitchen had prepared foods to accomodate our diabetics for the meal.
Oh no dear, the families bring food from home and the residents can eat whatever they want for the evening of memory dining!

Actually, no, because it doesn't take long to "roast" a marshmallow - a minute or so at most - depending on how big the fire is!

Sue, Glad you added in the graham crackers and Hershey bars - of course that was where I was headed! Only problem I have is most people can't wait - just eat the marshmallows off the hanger!

sierramistplz, Don't worry about all of those "so-called" restrictions and limitations - people will eat what they will. Take some fun to add to the bonfire - no one has to eat anything they don't want to eat but roasting some marshmallows will add an activity and some laughter to the event! Big Grin
