Why buy a dog when there are so many in shelters?
Shelter dogs make the best pets. I hope you've done alot of research on the breeds your thinking about, I personally dont think chows are good with small children. Others will give you more advice. Good Luck and remember when you bring a dog into your home that its forever...

Portis seems to be a brand new poster, posting on several subjects, asking questions and always includes links to some business or product sales.
This reeks of spam to me.

Well they are both good breeds, but why not rescue a dog in need instead of buying a pure breed dog?
