His legs had gotten shakey and he couldn't make it up the stairs so I spent the last couple of nights on the sofa with him next to me. Everything was happening faster than I had expected. I called the vet Friday late afternoon and took him before the office opened on Saturday. He's in no pain now and I know in my head and heart I did the right thing. He lived a very fulfilled ten years and I was very lucky to have him in my life! | |||
