Catec7 has been teaching a class at my shop, & I adapted the pattern to make this throw for my SIL. The pattern makes a small WH, but I changed it up a little & added borders. She loves fall colors.
It's been a nice distraction when I can't sleep at night.

That's lovely! I just bought that pattern last Saturday in San Antonio. I was wondering how it would look in green. Did you buy a kit for it?

I'm thinking about enlarging it and adding a pieced border. Wonder how it would look in purple? I do have a white tree with purple ornaments.

Good for you!!!!!

And that is very nice. I've seen that pattern and like it; you certainly did it justice.

How big is it now?

Thank you. I love the way it turned out.
It's about 45" x 60" now.
No kit. I made the background piece bigger than the pattern called for, then used all the Go Baby die pieces. The original pattern has a few leftovers, so I used them all.
The 3 borders are 2" 4" & 6" wide.

It is wonderful to see you back in the sewing arena. I have missed you since Port land. I have never seen that pattern. What is the name of it?

I love your quilt. I am still planning on visiting your shop. One of these days.

WB- I'd love to have you come out to see us. We'd have such fun.
The pattern is Feathered Christmas by Cherry Blossoms Quilting.
Here's what it's supposed to look like.

It's very nice. And, it's good to have distractions and "normal" tasks.

Thinking of you.
