It's been 8 years since I found this board and it has turned out to be a haven for me in times of happiness and distress.

I just wanted to say 'thank you' to all that have befriended me and helped me through the times in my life. You've made me laugh, made me feel sad, raised my blood pressure and brought it down again with your caring ways, allowed me to be irreverent and silly, accepted or decided against my suggestions without making me feel foolish, challenged me to stretch my limits, inspired and helped me learn this craft.

For you, I am thankful.

I still believe this is the very best board on the Internet.

Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Pauline

Absolutely.
I completely agree.
My kids used to tease me about my "invisible friends," but you've all been so supportive & helpful throughout the years. I appreciate you so very much.
Your cards & messages this week have been so thoughtful & helpful to me as we work through this awful ordeal.
I'm thankful for you.

Paus...... it was you who actually got me to stick around and play with all the ladies on the the board and I've always thought of you as my HGTV mentor- for that I say Thank you! You have always been great with the sharing of your point of view, ideas and wonderful creativity and suggestions. Big hugs coming your way!

... You are certainly WELCOME .. when I think of all the ways you have been a friend on the board, to me and to others, helping and sharing, searching and teaching and going the extra mile to figure out sizes and measurements and resources - letting us share in your grief and sharing in ours .. THANK YOU

I agree with everything. It is so great meeting everyone of you that I have met in person. I would have missed out on all these friendships if everyone hadn't joined this board... Chris

Although I haven't made it to a CoF and haven't met too many of you, you are a part of my life almost every morning. I love the way we celebrate everyone's triumphs and are there for each other in the hard times. Hugs to you all.

Couldn't agree more with what has been said, and I am grateful as I can be for this group of loving people. No matter the need, there's someone there for everyone.
