I'm having issues transfering designs from my pc to my machine. I use a usb cable [don't have a card that goes into the machine]. When I try to transfer designs, I get a message that says "can't initilize transfer" so what do I need to do? I haven't tried to transfer designs since my pc had a virus and DH had to reinstall everything...he tried re-installing the embroidery software again and still doesn't work. I REALLLLLLY NEED to transfer designs to make patches for the boutique table @ COF retreat!

TIA!

There's a Yahoo Group for this machine. Go over there and ask your question. Maybe someone there will be able to help you.

I have one, but use cards. Haven't tried a new design in a while. I need more training.....

my philosophy: there are no real mistakes in quilting, just design opportunities!!
