Found this site and there is a pattern for a bargello quilt using our diet noodles! It uses 128 diet noodles yes that is 2 1/2 inches by 16. If you really want to make a BIG quilt you would need 360 strips. KC we got a lot of exchanging to do LOL. I think this is awesome....RN55

You sure do! Smile

Quiltville.com patterns are the basis for most of the swaps. I love to have the pre-cut fabrics already when I want to do some sewing!

I've never been enthused about bargello quilts up to now, but this might be interesting, provided I survive cutting those strips!!

Only 16 more minutes until it is October 6th, but for anyone that is hanging around that wants to join in on the next diet noodle swap you have a little time left to sign up Smile.

Here's the link to KC's thread for the swap. She is a super-swappin' mama Big Grin.

If you miss out this time, stay tuned for the next swap that she hosts . . . you don't want to miss out!

I've used a similar method to make 2 Trip Around the World quilts. A helpful tip (which I didn't know about while making my quilts!) is:
use a short stitch length when sewing the strips together. Then when you do the sub-cuts you won't have seams parting company! AMHIK!!!!! LOL
