After receiving this magazine for a long time I let my subscription expire only to now find a quilt I really want to make out of it. If anyone has this magazine - (and don't intend to keep it) and would be willing to "pass it along" for a trade or whatever I would so love to have it.

American Patchwork & Quilting - the April 2012 issue

The quilt is on the cover...it's called Late Bloomers.

I know I won't "get to it" for some time so waiting for the magazine is not an issue. I saw this on one of my shop hop - hops and have gone back multiple times - a sure sign this one has piqued my interest. I haven't been excited about a project for some time so maybe I'm finally coming out of my slump Smile

Thanks in advance....

Royalbloomer, I know this won't help your current desire but Better Homes and Gardens is the producer of that magazine and they have a tendency to have quilt patterns on their quilting websites, in a different color/size a month or so after their magazines are put on sale. If you can't get ahold of the magazine, you might watch their site.

I don't have the magazine but see Erica's has the April 2012 issue available for purchase. Here's a link if you want to check it out. (It's the third one in the list.)

I found this quilt pattern called Midnight Bloomers that I think is the same as the one you are looing for only in different colors. This is a beautiful quilt.

Nicki, I think you are right. It's just different colors and a different name but the same quilt. And your link has free instructions! Big Grin

Royal, let me check my magazines out. I might have it. I know I'm letting my subscription run out too. I haven't found anything lately that I wanted to make. Pat
