I was wondering how you two are in Virginia Beach?

I am doing just fine. Had wind and rain, nothing what I thought it would be. Other parts of our area that normally floods with storms did. I didn't hear of anything going on in Ambher's area. I will have her check in.

Very thankful we are not facing what NJ and NYC are. So sad to see that damage.

Thanks for checking on us.

It wasn't bad here in Tidewater at all (Norfolk/VaBeach). It was just like a normal n'easter, which we deal with all the time. Some low areas had some flooding, but nothing out of the ordinary. My DH's office is in the Hilltop area of Va Beach, and he had no problem going to work on Monday (from N'flk). Never lost power, either. Dodged the bullet again!
