My squishie went out this morning, DC
03112550000328593380. And as I was addressing the package at work to head to the post office, I realized I left last year's 2 squares at home. Oh well, I'm just very excited that 1) a have a plan and 2) it's got a name Smile

Yea, Lisa! If she were closer, I could hop over to Jane's place and brainstorm with her. As it is, maybe we can bribe her with chocolate, fabric or something else.

Hope it is a good mail day for you, Jean.

Michele, the box is for those that played the "name those quilts contest" that Jean ran. For those of us that have named our quilt for this year, she is underlining our name. Looks like Jane is thinking, so we'll end up with a bonus once she makes a decision.

Oh what fun it is going to be to see the squares! Definitely not losing mine this year. The tape is ready, so that I can attach my baggie to the sewing room door Big Grin.

I do believe that I have enough tape. The one kind of duct tape that I have had a request from DD#2 to buy is the Hello Kitty duct tape. Oh boy, not sure what she wants to do with that, but I should probably give in and do it. It would give her great pleasure to have it for something.

I'm itching to see what's going to end up in my mail box next week (oh, wait... that's the accursed poison ivy). Anyway, I AM trying to finish several projects right now so I have time and space to spread out 6" squares all over my living room!

Ladies, I need your help please. I am trying to count the peeks posted from last year. I had a bunch of computer issues at that time so not all my records are complete. I have a few peeks I can't identify who sent them in. Could you please let me know which of these are yours? Thank you.

first one:

Dani, yes, please send me the number. I don't remember getting a notice. You did use my new address, didn't you?

Jobows, Big Grin Big Grin not this time. Peeks will earn you BONUS SQUARES for next year. All you do is send me a photo of your quilt in progress. Since you can't post photos during the challenge, I will share peeks with everyone to help keep us motivated.

Yes Lisa, three packages arrived, yours included.

Don't worry, J Lu, the pictures of the fabrics above are the squares from last year. She won't show the pictures of the squares from this year until later. I think that she usually waits until after everyone has received their squares.

I wonder... can you tell me how many BONUS SQUARES have been earned so far?

Send me an e-mail with your guess by Sunday 5pm. The person with the closest guess will earn three pairs of BONUS SQUARES. Each person who is within ten will earn one pair.

Bonus Question: Tell me what the final tally will be for another two pairs of BONUS SQUARES. Big Grin

hint: I may have a few more surprises up my sleeve, so those two numbers may not be the same. Wink
