I also got my stocking, I think. A box that I wasn't expecting with a name I recognize. I'll try to be good I gave myself an early Christmas present today...I started the paperwork to retire January 1!! I'm excited and very scared but I need a change from the nightmare that has become work.
Q.- what a cleaver idea for the front of your stocking, looks good to me. Aliquilt, good luck with your retirement. I know you will love having time to do other things, beside work. LOL. My stocking went in the mail and hope my SS will enjoy it. Nicki, I PM you with the tracking number. Sue

So far I know of 4 stockings that have been mailed. Once I have a list of at least 12 I'll start posting the next to those who have received.
Anyone have a picture they want to tease us with. We've seen some real cuties so far. I've got all my prezzies now need to finish up my stocking - hopefully it'll be on its way mid next week...hmmm I wonder where it will be traveling to?

I got my little prezzies done today and will be mailing on time. Yay for me and my SSSS too, cause she will be wondering what I made her. I'm not showing a photo 'cause it will be a giveaway for sure.

here's a pic of mine that is already well on it's way to my gal too, made from vintage mens ties...I've been making stockings from my leftover bits from bags I made earlier in the year, ties are addictive for me now...I always look for them in the op-shops and thrift stores, I love the gold ones especially, but they seem the hardest to find!This message has been edited. Wow they are all so sweet. I can't wait to get my package. I'm like a kid in a candy store. I received my box from 12 days of Christmas swap and I can hardly keep my hands out of it. We start to open tomorrow.

Lots of pretty stockings seem to be already flying across the states as well as already sitting under the tree. We will have our Opening Ceremony on Sunday, December 23rd at 9:00 ETS...until then - no peeking!

Just 4 more days to mail so your stocking arrives in time for the Grand Opening on Dec. 23. Weather permitting Sister Sue is going to come down to my house and I'll have some treats for us to have while we open our stockings and see what everyone else gets. So that should be fun. I think I'll make the Holiday Punch our mom always made. Spritz and sugar cookies, cheese and crackers. That should keep hunger away, don't you think???? LOL
Santa made a delivery here- in a size 6 1/2 shoebox. I wear a 9 1/2, so maybe he misread my list? The package is sitting on my mantle teasing me, but I know I have to be good!
I got a package today!! I do not recognize the name so I am wondering if it is another package for Debbie because I have some who are still sending gifts for her..
but it does feel pretty much like it could be a stocking in there... but this name is not known to me... Never had this name in any of my swaps if it is an HGTV member...

I received my package today, I nearly ripped into it because I recongized the name and addy thinking it was something else,until I put my glasses on to read the customs slip...darn it now I have to sit and wait!!!! I promise to be a good girl though

I received my package, I think. It said "Do not open till Dec.17th." and I panicked. I can not mail mine off till Monday the 17th. Thought that was the last day to mail and to my relief, it is...Guess that means I can't open my box on the 17th....Can't wait...
I was excited yesterday when the delivery guy came - thought it was my Hanc**ks of Paducah order. But I did the happy dance when I finally figured out what was in the box from Alabama!! I've only picked it up once this morning, even tho it's sitting on the kitchen island tempting me!
I did get mine in the mail first thing this morning, supposed to be delivered to ** on Monday.

So many darling/beautiful/cute stockings. I am down to the final touches left on the stocking I am making. Then I will sew it all together. A couple more small things to pick up and I will put it in the mail on Monday.

Tory and Fishing Widow, your stockings are really pretty. They both look like a lot of work. Just 7 days until the big reveal. KY glad you got your stocking early this year, bet it is hard to keep looking at it and wondering what is inside, my SSSS was taking pity on me this year by Not sending too early. Checked over at Sister Sues' and she hasn't received hers yet, but we'll keep checking.
Great stockings ladies I don't mind waiting to open, it sets a good excample for Caleb, and I marked SSSS on the outside of my package so my gal would know not to be naughty, lol
