I cannot change 'things', but I can change how I feel about them. Me.

Very clear!

Math is NOT my strong point. I found myself sitting in a class at the community college at the age of 39 surrounded by 18-20 year olds. I needed a Valium - yep seems that long ago. Now I would need a Xanax or whatever is in vogue now. When class was over the "kids" jumped up and were gone before me. I got my stuff gathered up and stood to see the instructor standing in front of me, smiling. "It's not going to be all that bad." LOL He felt the "vibes" from across the room. He was correct. I made an A. Had to go to "peer" tutorials only a few of times and always sought out the same "kid" - the son of a friend of (first) DHs. I may still not know what forumla I need, but point me in the right direction and I can generally drag the correct answer out.

I still don't like math.
