Me again,

And here is what I posted in the last message on Thread # 2.

Had to make a schedule adjustment between Toryam and Keyedup for Dec. parties.

Tory - you can start at or 7 p.m. central time.

If you start at 7 your time that would be
8 p.m. Eastern time, 7 p.m. Central, 6 p.m. mountain, and 5 p.m. Pacific time zone. This is about when most of the parties start so it is not too late in the east and too early in the west.

Just noticed that this thread has about 2000 hits so will start a new thread so post on thread #3 from now on.

And just thought about Grishko's bobbin lace project? She thought we could schedule 2 sessions for this one. Is there still interest in this and looking for more ideas.

I won't be off on Friday night till the 27th, but would gladly do the adaptations to the Snap bag - what I call the Zippy Snap bag then (the 27th of January) if we go that long.

Hi Mary,
Sorry I've been off-line for a couple of weeks. The stupid computer was moving slower and slower and finally overheated and crashed. DH is trying to make do and swapping hard drives and I don't know what all else to get back online in a permanent way.

Anyway, I think back on the "Thread #2" thread when I was asking about interest in a bobbin lace PJ party, you had said you would schedule it at the end of January. I think we will need 2 consecutive Fridays. It looks like now someone else is scheduled for the end of Jan., so maybe we could have it the 1st 2 Fridays in February? I think there were several people making the bobbins and pillows who were planning on attending the PJ party. Just let me know what works for everyone.

Grishko,

I will schedule you for the firs two weeks in February. That would be Feb. 3 and 10th. And when you have a chance, can you again post how to make the bobbins. Thanks much.

I'd be fine with moving my date - I just have every other weekend off, so the 10th of February would be my alternate date if the end of January works better for Grishko.

I'm ok with Feb 3 and 10. Actually, having that extra time will allow everyone to finish their bobbins and pillows if they haven't already.

Fishingwidow

I don't know how to post a link to an older thread, so I will just add a comment to send the bobbin thread to the top of the list.

Grishko,

I don't know how to do that either.

So doing this in Feb. gives everyone more time to get ready after the Chr*stmas holiday.

CQ wanabee,

It sounds like a good project to me. Fast and easy is always good. And only 9 inches of fleece so not expensive.

I'm trying to think if I have any fleece or if I have to buy some. Will list you as the Jan 6 PJ party host if ok with you.

Hi all,

Just bumping up. I see we have nothing scheduled for Jan. 20.

Zippy snap bag for the 27th and bobbin lace for the first 2 weeks in February.

I'm thinking these should be all the PJ parties for now. We can start up again in the fall hopefully with some fresh ideas!!

Hi ladies,

I am thinking the PJ parties have been winding down and we should quit for now.

Grishko can post a date for her # 2 bobbin lace class whenever she wants to do it. And Toryan, same applies to you if you want to do a log cabin tutorial.

It has been fun and we have learned many things. Thanks to all our teachers and our very good Wink well behaved students.
