I am not tech savvy AT ALL but maybe you will understand what I am trying to say. At work I was having trouble with some of the sites I had been able to access before. Tech Services told me that sites were updating their programs and I now need to update the version of whatever I was using to assess them. ( I had version 4 & they were now using version 7) In that case it was Internet Explorer they were using. That worked for me. Seems like I had to update the home computer like that a couple of years ago when HGTV started messing with things...HTH
