Ok I got all my blocks done. I had them all layed out on my bed so I grabed a quick picture of them all together. The first is the January block.

Now for the December Block.

And now for all of them.

Wow! Handi...this is GORGOUS!! Aren't you glad you did all of the little blocks also? Looks great and makes wonderful, interesting sashing.

I really love these. I wish I had done it now! Hindsight is 20/20!

CBQ...I just went back and looked at the first page of our thread...OMG! Your pieced quilt top looks FANTASTIC! This has made a beautiful quilt this year.

Well, it only took me 12 months to get a block to come out to exactly 12.5x 12.5, but I did it. I finished the Dec. block with time to spare and I even bought some sashing fabric at the LQS customer appreciation sale today. So I could get it sashed maybe this week. LOL

Still have not taken a picture of mine. Will try to do it asap.

I have to tell you one of the twins died last Thursday. The little one had so many problems there was no change he would make it. On Wednesday he was about to give up and the doctors decided to put him to sleep in order to save his brother and sister. I'm glad my DS and DDIL didn't have to make the final decision. We all have very mixed feelings but we're happy they still will have twins if there won't be any more problems. As my DDIL stated we all need a few positive ultrasounds to believe all is ok now.

Anael, my heart aches for all of you. D@rned old life...has to include hardship along with the joys...

I managed to finish the block and put it all together. I forgot to take a picture of the December block but I will take a pic of the quilt tomorrow. It's too dark now.

Sue is in Vegas and I know she thinks I'm going to be working on the top this week, but I also have to finish Christmas presents. I have changed my mind about the sashing 3 times already. I'm having a hard time visualizing the finished quilt. Pat

Everyone's blocks look great! I hope y'all has as much fun with this year's BOM as I did!

So far behind.. Here's 4 of the 8 remaining main blocks. Will finish the other 4, then this project will have to be put away until a later time to do the small blocks and finish the top. Since this is for myself it can wait until I get some commitments done.

Very pretty blocks Elaine! I love the turquoise in them.

This is all my blocks put together but I haven't had time to add the borders. I love it and Anael I love your quilt and everyone else's blocks as far as that goes.

Becky that's wonderful! I can see several quilts going to shows next year!

Here's the last of the main blocks for the year, still have to do the mini's and maybe I'll get those done as leaders and enders.

Everyone's blocks/quilts are looking great. Thanks BOM Chicks for doing this this year, I really like it!

And here they are all put together. Now on to the border. It will be pieced so will take a little while but I'll be sure to post a picture when completed.

Sew Happy that is absolutely beautiful and stunning. I have been waiting patiently to get a look at yours because your blocks were just so simple with that slpash of color and now put together it is amazing.I love it.

I love all that have been shown - I'm still working on Dec block....all those rectangles with corners took me FOREVER!! I'm seriously considering one strip for the fourth side, we'll see. I have to go out the work at removing the ice on the bottom part of the driveway later, I just finished putting down a ton of salt and will let it work for a while. DH had good timing for hurting his knee....wonder why that happens so often, hmmmm, perhaps I am jus a bit gullible

I am working on January's block.

I finished December's block...I have the little ones to do for one of the others and then I can put my "9" togther

For some reason this one really took a lot of time....my brain is slowing down as I get closer to retirement

OMG!!! Everyone's blocks and quilt tops are just GORGEOUS! Truly! You have all done a beautiful job with your colors and piecing. I have learned so much and do love them all!

I have to wait until after the New Year to get my sewing out again so at that time plan to finish up November and December blocks and piece them all together.

Just printed out the instructions for the April small blocks....I knew it was early in the year but at first guessed March...nope, it was April. Thank heaven for the search functionality here

Amazing quilts with beautiful blocks. I plan to finish next weekend this one has been full of Christmas stuff!!!
