Welcome to our 3rd Project Quilting/Needlework Challenge Results Show!

For this one I sent a fat quarter to 10 willing people who had 50 days to come up with anything of their choice. There were no restrictions except that they had to use the fq in some way.

Go to http://www.flickr.com/photos/4...s/72157630035730485/ to see what they came up with and then come back and vote for your favorite!

Voting ends on June 30th, winner will be announced July 1.

Question:
Which is your favorite?

Choices:
Alexemmarose - bag
Quiltingnewbie - elephant
Crazyboutquilting - place mats & napkins
Gonesewin - wall hanging
Aliquilt - table runner
Jayardi - placemats
CQwannabe - wall hanging

Grreat job ladies - love them all!

Unfortunately I didn't get my replacement FQ until Saturday so had no time to make anything for this challenge. I'm stil wondering where the heck my original FQ is hiding? Lily must be hidsing it along with half the socks in the house! Big Grin

Having seen the fabric they started with, they all deserve to win. I could not have begun to make something so nice. Probably would have ended up with pot holders or mug rugs.

Congratultions Jean!! The placemats are beautiful.

Challenges like this require "thinking outside the box" & I'm sooooo not good at that. Everyone did a fantastic job on their contributions to this challenge.

• • • I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw those numbers and they kept climbing. I wanted to scream THANK YOU right then and there, but Lori would have had my head. I also wanted to help her keep the post bumped up, but I was afraid you all would think I was bucking for more votes.

I think all the projects were terrific and I especially liked Jody's wall hanging. I have to get ready for work, but I'll be back later to try and answer your questions.

Thank you all so MUCH!
