Bonnie will be teaching from her new book "String Fling" and the pattern is Pfefferneuse found on page 39. I am so excited because those are my colors and I have so many of those strings and strips in my stash.

The mystery class intimidates me a little but I hope to learn so much.

Now I need to put in the good word with the Mother Nature so the weather will cooperate those days!

I will saw hi for you

texana, I live in Houston but went to Fabric Fanatics two or three years ago. Great shop. They also brought fabrics to the Tri County Quilt Guild bi-annual quilt show this year.

I would love to attend one, two or three of Bonnie's classes. I tried opening the class schedule page on Fabric Fanatics website but the only thing that opens is for those that have already registered and need to pay???? So I cannot find any info. about the classes or if there is still any openings. Plus, I have a friend in Lewisville that I might try to interest in going to Bonnie's classes. So if I or we can attend, arrangements need to be made.

Thanks for the heads up and hopefully you can direct me to the right place for info.

Susan

Hey Susan, I called Fabric Fanatics directly today as I could not find any info on their website either.

The Mystery class on Sunday the 30th is the same class she will be teaching on Jan 1st. They had to break it up into 2 sections because they had so many interested. They still had openings for both days.

The string class is on Monday Dec. 31st with openings as of this afternoon.

Classes are $55 each, 9-4:30 each day. I asked about class size for each and was mentioned 28-30. Also asked about chairs, they have metal folding chairs with pads so I will be bringing mine. Bring extension cords and extra lighting. I am all for comfort when I go to class, have been to some where the chairs were so bad my back suffered not to mention my sewing due to my discomfort.
I found a room right across the street, Holiday Inn Express, same place Bonnie will be staying. They had rooms available very reasonable rate.

No supply list yet, the shop said they should have that posted by Dec. 1st.

hope this helps and you can attend! I live 85 miles away and did not want to make the drive early and late at night.

texana thanks for info. I will try to find out whether my friend is interested or not. I do not blame you about wanting to stay in Plano versus driving to and from each day.

Oh how cool! Wish I were there too. I could join you!
if she's driving a trailer that she will lock up in the parking lot, have her keep an eagle eye on it. Thieves are stealing them in Houston!
