I have EQ7 & my GKs love to play with it, designing & coloring quilts. I saw online that EQ's Quilt Design Wizard is 29.95 & 20% off Black Friday sale price. I was going to get this & install on the GKs laptops. Can anyone tell me if this can be installed & used on more than 1 computer or would I need to buy more than one copy?

I don't know if you can use it on more than one, or if they will be able to trace it if you do.

Hope you can get a good answer and have fun with it for the kids.

I think the best way to get an answer is to contact the nice folks at EQ but my guess is that it can be installed on more than one computer at a time. I say that because in looking at the system requirements internet access is not required. (With EQ 7 which is allowed to be used on only two computers at a time internet access is required for activation and deactivation of the program.)

Thanks. I'll check the EQ web site & see if they specify.

Just $29.95? Heck of a deal. I always thought those programs were more expensive, I'll have to look into it.

Also 20% off if you use the coupon code THANKS20 at checkout. That's good November 22-26. Smile

Eq7 does cost a lot more - also does a lot more! They have a comparison of the two here

A friend of mine is a Home Ec teacher and uses Quilt Wizard with some of her classes. She says the kids love it.
