Just read on fb that Paus, Pauline lost her companion this morning. Please keep her in you T&P's as she goes threw this difficult time. He was so good to her and for her. Thought all her quilting friends would want to know of her loss. Sorry if I should not have posted this but since it was on fb and not everyone goes there I should let people know.

Oh how terribly sad. Gary was a wonderful man and had made her so happy over the past few years. I'm sure Pauline is going to need lots of love and support during this difficult time. My heart aches for her.

Paus, I'm so sorry to hear about your partner. Gary and you were very lucky to have found each other and hopefully in time the pain will fade and the dear memories with make you smile again.

I was told this thread was here and wanted to make sure I came over and thanked everyone for their kind thoughts, prayers, and hugs. I especially thank Owie for doing this.

We've all been here in one form or another and know that when it happens you just are not prepared. Gary and I had just finished making plans for the next 6 - 9 months and ....... So it is very painful right now.

I feel comforted that each of you have taken the time to think of me, think of us.

I haven't met you, Pauline, but I can't imagine what you are going through. I just wanted to add my T&Ps to everyone else's. It's so hard to lose someone you love. (((((Pauline)))))

Paus, even though we have never met I feel like I know you. If you need a shoulder to cry on or just want to remember the good times and share them with someone I am here and on fb. Everyone needs someone to talk to in this time of need. I still talk about family memebers who have been gone over 20 years. Sending T&P's you way.

I also want to add my thoughts and prayers for Paus. So very sorry for your loss.

I couldn't reply on fb since we aren't "friends", and for some reason I can't reply on the quilting board on my IPad either.

Thank you, again. Today we went through two viewings/visitations, oh boy!!!! Tomorrow is the internment. Thankfully, there is only one of them. And then the healing (?) can begin. I will miss him terribly.
