I understand the reasoning. I know it takes time to complete Christmas projects. But surely, ladies, isn't it too soon? Yes? No?

All that being said - I saw this Christmas fabric and predict it will be a hit. Kaufman, no surprise. I bet I end up getting some - MUCH later in the year.

    I love it!
We're having a Christmas baby this year and I was hoping some holiday fabric would come out soon so I could get started on a Christmas quilt for bean. Now if this morning sickness would just abate a bit so I could sew again.....

Shame on you Penny....lol... I was trying to restrain myself from buying any new Christmas fabric...lol.. And to think we are having a new addition from Erica and at Christmas time too. I know you are excited Erica.

ETA: Penny I do not know how to post on blogs but I did get to see the flowers you rec'd. from your kids for Mother's Day. Looks like there are peonies in with the roses? If so, lucky you. I so love that you have the flowers resting on the center block I made you that we swapped out. Your table topper sure is beautiful.

Thanks for sharing the steps in your pping with us too.

Tx Wildflower - you sure did see your block. That worked out so well as a table topper and, yes, there are peonies in the bunch.

Erica, try ginger snaps, ginger ale, or in Oriental markets you can get crystalized ginger. Ginger helps for morning sickness. Make sure you dont let your stomach get very empty and dont eat alot at a time. Having a really full or empty stomach makes it worse. Have ginger snaps or crackers at your bedside and as soon as you open your eyes pop one in. even before putting glasses on. Eat one even when you get up at night to p^e^e. There are meds if that doesnt work.

Christmas fabric?? To Early?? NO!! NEVER!! And I personally love the two you have shown!!!
What to make with them, now that is the question!! I know last year I made a crazy 9 patch out of alot of my Christmas fabric stash and I really enjoyed that, so that is one option...... what else could I make???? I am going to be dreaming about that one tonight!!! "visions of sugar plums danced in their heads......" Big Grin
