I am going to the show on Sat. Will any of you be there?
I can't wait to go!! It's been so long since I've been to a show,or even a quilt shop for that matter. It'll be so nice to be all alone - no kids, no hubby - in a hall full of inspiration. Can't wait!!
Sorry to miss you. I was there yesterday. There are 3 rooms of exhibits and vendors and this time they are mixed instead of all quilts in one room and all vendors in the other one. You have chosen a good day to go. Lucy in the APQS booth has said that Thursdays and Fridays are the packed days because of the bus tours coming, but Sabbath is always quieter so you should be able to really see what is there.
Have fun. How is the summer going?

I wish I could join you, I usually go when it is in Rochester. However, I will be in Mpls. this weekend watching DGD in her dance recital. Enjoy yourselves. Jackie

Joyus - I did not see anyone today who matched that description.....sigh. It sure would have been nice to see you again. I had a good time though. Brilliant quilts and good vendors. Did you gals have fun?
Wifey - Our summer is busy, busy - but, in a good way. I am one of those moms who wishes school was all year long. Kids don't need to sit home for 12 weeks with knowledge leaking out of their ears. Oh well. I try to have them read and journal - it's not their favorite thing, but such is life. Hope all is well for you, too.
Sorry Tonya....I should have setup a meeting place. It was a great show! Do you facebook ? Or send me your email addy, we should "catch up" on news, huh? Forgot about my hair, it is shoulder length these days, but I have a short neck so it isn't reaally long.Should have gotten a thumbnail on your outfit, too.

I went (on a bus) on Thursday. The quilts were awesome -- way out of my league! Interesting to know that Saturday is less crowded. I always figured that would be busiest. Good to know.
