Sorry I lost my cat of 17 yrs this morning and having a rough day.

Will be there, making pumpkin doodle cookies....as you know I love pumpkin.

Oh Kelli, I'm sorry to hear about your dear cat. That is so hard losing a member of the family that has been a good pet for so long. You will need lots of hugs from us Thursday.

I have my things ready and am so looking forward to seeing everyone!

thanks pat. think we'll be ok. Since I'm not exactly sure how many to expect, think we'll just sit wherever! I counted 14 places to sit in LR and I have 4 folding chairs too. the overflow can sit on the floor!! I'm cooking the lasagna tomorrow and then you all are bringing the rest - easy peasey for me! It's always fun and it will be VERY CASUAL - looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday 11:30 ish.

I sent it to Gracie too, it's a bit confusing when you get close to the house, The street "Queens park dr" that Mapquest gives you isn't visible from the road where the gate is.
Just pull up to the gate and it'll open up.

My car is gassed up and bag packed and sitting in front seat, I am ready to leave in the morning and meet up with pals in Cincinnati!
I am bringing something sweet and sorry to say but it is store bought. I just wasn't clever enough this time to come up with what to make and bring.
Can't wait to see everyone. I have been bragging about this to all my co-workers and buddies.

I am up & car loaded, just waiting on shequilts....looking forward to see everyone again!

I am getting up and going to buy tickets to take DGD to see Phineas and Ferb on Sunday. Then to hit the shower and load my car. My elephant is saying "when are we leaving? I want to see the nice people and go home with my new mom."

We made it fine to Ashland... Grace & Mary went their way home and MK & I headed to Medina... now home and had such a wonderful time!
Thank you Jen for making us all feel welcome and the day was so much fun being together with fellow MB friends! Good food, lots of laughs... can't wait 'til next year!!

I just got in the door. When I got back to Lexington I stopped at my daughters and we went looking for a dress for her graduation next week. Then when I got to Winchester a friend/coworker was just getting off work so I met up with her for a late supper and told her all about my day!

I had the best time! Thank you everyone, I hope you know you all are a dear gift to me. I treasure the times we spend together. I don't belong to a guild so this board and these visits are the closest attachment I have to others regarding quilting.

Can't wait to meet again.

I have to tell all you that were at the get-together yesterday that I was wrong about where to find the Strip Twist pattern. It is a Bonnie Hunter pattern at Quiltville. If you Google "Strip Twist Quilt Pattern" (it's down a bit on the list) and click on it the pattern will come up.

Welcome MK, nice to see you again! I had so much fun yesterday, but crashed when I got home. Slept from 8:00 right through to 9:00 this morning. Must have needed it. Didn't know laughing and talking took so much out of you!
