Second border, 100% better. Going to be BEAUTIFUL!.

I don't mind coming to work. But that 8 hr. wait to go home is a drag.

Lynn this is the first I've seen this thread and have loved seeing the process what a beautiful quilt. Love the second border as well.
Lady you DO make beautiful quilts!

Love these quilts! Someday I'd like to make one - maybe red white and blue. Thanks so much for posting this post!

Well, I didn't get the borders added on like I wanted that morning. I did them after work 1 day last week and when I took my stuff to my quilt guild meeting [so that I could get help pinning it] 1 of the ladies asked "Is that row wrong cause it looks different?"

GRRRRRRR!!!!! I had sewed the last row on upside down so it didn't get pinned. Frown

I spent over 2 hrs 'r~i~p~p~i~n~g' off the borders [only did what I had too] and the upside down row...have it all back together and will be pinning it later this afternoon. I am soooo mad at myself for putting it on wrong...kicking myself in the tush for sure!!! lol! :O

I think I know how I want to quilt it and will post pic's when I get it FINISHED!!! [NOT sewing anaything til it's DONE!!!!]

SewLove... My heart is sad for you, but at least your guild sister mentioned it, wouldn't it have been terrible if you had it quilted and then she said something??? I think you have done an awesome job on this quilt. Can't wait to see it finished either. Pat
