Can anyone help me with a stitch. I am in the process of making the Cowboy Santa on a horse kit and have to make fringe on the shirt. I can't figure it out with the instructions that came with the kit!

Hi Suzebear! Welcome to the quilt/stitch board! We're so glad you came!
I can sit here and SHOW you how to stitch a mane, but, to explain it, my post would be a little longer than we all want to sit through. When I don't understand the directions, I get a piece of practice fabric (I keep a piece of muslin in a frame, just for this kind of thing) and work on that til I get my stitch looking like I want it to. If all else fails, do you have any eyelash fringe trim that would work? Sassy NeedlePusher |

I'm with Sassy Needlepusher-I can show you but to type it in here would make as much sense as your instructions. Sorry!! Once you make one, it will all make sense. Just have to get over that first one!!Opps didn't see this is an old post!! Did you figure it out?? Hope so.
