Ladies, as we on the East coast hunker down for Sandy, we need to be prepared here on the boards.

So, I have LisaTX as my contact person in case I cannot get on the boards for several days you can contact her. I'll be checking in with her by cell phone if the power goes out.

I suggest all of those who have a swap or other project going on the boards to do the same. No telling what is going to happen in the next few days and you don't want your fellow quilting sisters worried about your safety.

After I take Katie to the vet today, I'll hit JA for any last-minute needs. Some go to the grocery store--I go for notions! Making 18" doll sleeping bags for a charity and I need ribbon.

Here I am at JA, grosgrain ribbon $1.99? Crazy--and NO coupons (I used them earlier in the week). Yikes!

Do you have a smart phone? You may be able to get coupons there.
