OH!! Almost forgot I signed up for this 1...I think I bought a couple fq's already...will have to look for them and if I can't find them will have to go shopping {woe is me, right? lol}!
Will get them in the mail in the next couple of days!

Emb- I'll let u know as soon as they get here. I can't wait to see them!
I dreamed last night that DH brought in an armload of big squishy packages from the mailbox & I was so excited! WAAAAY bigger than our box would hold, of course, lol.
SL2Q - I'm glad u remembered
Some of my local guild ladies are joinin us also, I'm fixing to go put their names on my master list.
I specified sets of 9 because that's how many 6" squares you can get from a FQ & folks can pick their fabric without having a final count of swappers since I didn't set a deadline.
Thanks for doing the math. Math is always the last thing on my mind. I will send sets of 9 because it makes sense now that you explained it. I am cutting today. So back to work

Tory, I have my fabric and will be cutting it today. Hopefully get it in the mail tomorrow. Can I send in 2 sets or did I need to let you know that earlier?

After searching my sewing room for the fabric I bought and couldn't find...lol...I went to LQS today and picked up 2 different ones so will be mailing out 2 sets tomorrow, k?
Who wants to bet I find the 'original' fabric after I mail? {it's probably sitting in plain site...or maybe in a bag...lol}

I mailed to two different locations on Monday and was told they would both arrive on Wednesday. One did, and yours did not...says it is leaving Jackson today...

Summers are just this side of hell, but you don't have to shovel sunshine...
Charlyn, no I haven't had a chance to look for the other fabric I bought but I know it's hiding in there somewhere...lol!! 2 sets will be enough. Thanks!

Mine was mailed yesterday. I meant to send it priority...but in some confussion I noticed my Row Robin was marked priority and not my text swap. I didn't have any more money with me so I wasn't able to fix it. I think it will still get there in time.

No problem, I just wanted to make for sure for certain so I'd know if there were still packages in transit. Ive heard or received from everyone & I'm waiting on one that should arrive any second now, YAY!!
Thank you all for being such good swap partners!!! It'll probably be Wednesday before I get them all swapped out and hopefully back to the PO by Friday. Happy weekend!!!
HEY! Charlyn, guess what I found? YUP! the 1st 2 fq's I bought for this text swap...LOL!!! I was looking for something else in my sewing rm and picked up a bag & there they were. Oh well, will save them for something else. I knew they were [almost] in plain sight...just couldn't find them til I didn't need them...as usual! {murphy's law..???} ha!ha!

Do u want to try to get them to me? It'll be at least Wednesday before I start swapping out. AND I have enough local ladies swapping that I can let you swap with them & not hold up the rest of the online gang. Just let me know
Charlyn, was nice to hear your voice on my answering machine, sorry I missed your call but had to work today, then went to visit my MIL {at the nursing home}!
Even though I found the missing fq's, I'm going to save them for another swap so you can just go ahead and swap out the sq's you have, k? Thanks for offering to wait, though!
Can't wait to see them!!

Charlyn I received my fabric today thank you. Love them. It really through me off when I saw it only cost $.45 to mail it. I was quite happy with my lot. Now what to do with them.
Did your stamps fall off?!? I think most everybody had a combination of stamps & metered postage after the US postal service jacked the prices up on us again! I'll have to remember to watch for that next time I host a swap, haha. It wasn't too bad tho, just a few cents here & there. Enjoy!
Would anyone care to post some photos of their collection of text fabrics? Would have loved to swap, but knew I'd never be able to find fabrics to swap.
Got mine today. So many different ones! I love the ones that were sewing related and the on with the bras crack me up, real cute.I am so glad I got in this one. I know I can use a lot of them for atc's and post cards.
