i hope all my quilting sisters had a fabulous day. My 3 kids and 7 grandchilden, my big brother Bobby and my ex husband Manuel came over for our tradional breakfast. I fed them, we open gifts, took pictures, talked, laughed and then they all went home. Love my family but i've been sick for the last 5 days and i was glad they all had fun but was sure glad when they all left. i needed a nap and to rest. been coughing for the last 5 days and i'm tired.

Merry Christmas from central Indiana where we are suppose to have blizzard conditions and 5-10" of snow with 12" possible in some areas. Bah Humbug. LOL! Good thing I don't have any customer quilts to quilt right now and if we get snowed in I have a quilt of my own to cut and sew and plenty of food for me and the cats.

I don't mind coming to work. But that 8 hr. wait to go home is a drag.

Guess it would be best to wish you a quick recovery along with a good Christmas, huh?

Do get to feeling better, soon.

Not all of CA is sunny! We're alternating rain and clear about every 12 hours. Dashing between the Drips for the outdoor kitties....

Merry Christmas to all from another CA gal. OK, I have already had enough rain for this winter...
We had one freeze so DH & I put together a "cold frame" contraption so I could move my potted plants into it & not have to spend the dough to replace them next spring - which should come early since this drizzle & COLD started early, right? Humor me...

Summers are just this side of hell, but you don't have to shovel sunshine...

Congrats Patsy!! I work Sunday night then I also am retired. The only reason I'm going in at all is I promised my shift I would come in for "food nihht" party. Admin managed to put big black spot on my career w charges that are if not lies but totally inaccurate Frown Sigh...I'm sad for the people I'm leaving behind. Here in SW Ohio I'm looking at 3" of snow from 26th and another couple last night. Here's wishing for Wonderful Holidays and a Fabulous, safe, happy mew year.
