If you'd like to introduce yourself, just click on the 'Reply' icon at the bottom, a message box will open up. You type a hello or comment. When you've finished, just click on the 'Post Now' button at the bottom of this page.
or if you have a spacial question, click on the New button at the top (next to Go, New, Find, Tools, etc) and from the drop down menu click on Start new topic or discussion. Then fill in the boxes with your title (topic) and the question and hit post.

Hi, QW. As you saw over on Facebook, these two ladies don't quite know how this system works. So I'm glad you came along to help me show them the ropes. We've all been there.
