If you scroll down to the very bottom of her page it says this about the BOM:

"Starting 18 June 2012 we will begin our new mystery quilt centered around the life of a most outstanding individual, Dr Benjamin Franklin. Franklin was not only a printer and a statesman, but also an inventor, writer, philosopher, scientist, philanthropist, humanitarian, and much, much more!

This free mystery project will be presented over the next several months (until all of the blocks/steps have been accomplished) in block-of-the-month format."

She says a new block will come out each month but will not give the specific date. She says each one WILL be on a Monday each month.
