What should I ask for when looking for dental fabric?
My sister wants to make some totes for her co workers and thinks she wants some dentist related fabrics. They work in a dentist office. I tried a search of dental themed fabric, but I couldn't find anything. I figured I was not using the right terminology. Can someone help us??? Thanks Pat
Patty, I'll do it to you because I think you'll understand.
There have been some interesting titles for several threads recently. And I have to bite my tongue before I give the answer I immediately think of.
"I need a Mystery" - I've got several at my house, which one do you want? Where did my other scissors go? What happened to the extra chocolates I had for gifts? That sort of thing, you know?
"Shorthand. What the heck does THAT mean?" Gosh, it's been awhile but I'm sure I can dust off my brain cells and find the symbol for the word 'the'.
And now you want to know what to call dental fabric. It's floss, Patty J, dental floss.
Nora, you done good!!!! Love your signature line. lollllll

A canvas bag shaped like a tooth. We're having a good clean brush with this subject, eh?

Hi Patty! Hope you and Sue find what you are looking for. Just had to jump in with what I first thought about when I read the thread about the mystery . I already had a mystery working at my house . . . where in the world did my crockpot go?!? It is a six quart crockpot and it went missing. Well, I thankfully found it a few days ago . . . in the sewing room! I had put it over by my sewing table for some strange reason .

Thanks to all for your help. I will try to remember that I want Novelty fabric. LOL Spoonflower fabric was going for $18 A Yard!! OUCH 11 for a fq. We are going to help our sister but that is a lot of money for a yd of fabric.
Then I found a picture of some great fabric but I'll be danged if I can find the fabric itself. It's from 2011 so maybe not available anymore???? It's from Jelly Bean Junction fabrics, and good luck with finding those. This message has been edited. Last edited by: paus4quilts,
