~~Tx~~ WildflowerMy 2012 COF Retreat RR Quilt Top
Lisa_Tx so graciously met me at our lqs QuiltWorks on Tuesday or Wednesday after the retreat (senior moment) where she gave me my beautiful quilt top. The members of Lisa's quilt guild oohed and aahed over the quilt top that was displayed on the design board. Lisa and I had a nice chat and wonderful lunch at Schlotsky's afterwards. She got me all caught up on the terrific time the retreaters had in Branson.
I have read the notes that were provided by the robins in my group but I have become separated from my booklet. I will find it. In the meantime, if the robins that made my quilt top would like to chime in and share their thoughts about their row and the quilt top that would be lovely. The robins are: TeaSea, Mountain Laurel, DJBrown, terrimae, ddquilts and ShaunaCraftyQuilter. Thanks to ALL of you. I love my new quilt top. MUAH!!!

~~Tx~~ WildflowerNo editing button: I meant to add; the 12 1/2" red and white blocks were made by swappers in the red and white swap last year. If you recognize your block, chime in too. The blocks on the ends and in the middle were made by me.

DJBrownSusan my row is the Jacob's ladder row on the bottom. My family was really disappointed in me, said it was boring and I should have done something more Chri*tmasy

dd quiltsMine is the row above yours Susan. Christmas trees and Presents. My thinking is the trees would be fun to embelish (decorate) after you quilt it. You could even add real bows to the Presents too!
This was the first time doing anything like this and I was nervous. But really had fun and I like mine too.
